Ambassador Bardhyl Canaj met with UN Special Coordinator for the Peace Process in Middle East, Nikolay Mladenov, in the framework of a working lunch organized by bulgarian Ambassador in Israel Rumiana Bachvarova.

In this luncheaon event, first of this kind organized in Israel, were invited all Balkan’s Ambassadors accredited in Israel, notably serbian Ambassador Milutin Stanojevic, croatian Ambassador Vesela Mrden Korac,and North Macedonian Charge d’Affaires Aleksandar Avramovski.

The invitees touched upon topics such as the situation in Middle East after the release of the Peace Plan from Trump Administration and the potential  implications for the region.

Balkan’s Ambassadors showed their readines to continue meeting in this format and appreciated the briefing of Special Coordinator Mladenov about the dinamics in the Middle East.
