I had the pleasure to be one of the contributors to the process, which preceded the cooperation agreement between the University of Tirana and BAR-ILan University, Israel, which was realized thanks to the initiative and contribution of Mr. Robert Singer, Director of IMPAKT, Israel and the Ambassador of Albania to Israel, Mr. Bardhyl Canaj, but also the efficiency and dedication of the rector of the University of Tirana, Prof. Artan Hoxha.

This agreement was signed for the Albanian side by the rector of the University of Tirana, Prof. Artan Hoxha and the Israeli side from Deputy President Prof. Moche Lewenstein.

I’am pleased that as a member of the Board of the Movement against Anti-Semitism, we materialized an important cooperation in the academic and cultural field with one of the most important universities in Israel, especially in the field of technology.

This cooperation will be focused on the field of scientific research, training and organization of international scientific activities, bringing excellent opportunities for the academic staff of the University of Tirana as well as for students who are part of academic programs.
An achievement for the consolidation of relations between Albania and Israel!
