We are grateful to have you as our Honorary Consul, as one of our team, as one of us, and we understand and value your contribution in day-to-day life of our Embassy, besides your crucial role during the most important moment of our diplomatic relations between our countries.
Your dedication to promote Albania and our people and to find new ways of achieving goals, out of the box thinking, as first Honorary Consul, until Israeli Embassy opened in Tirana in 1999, especially your involvement during war in Kosovo, helping with Israeli medical team and camps for refugees, is Unparalleled.
It will not be an exaggeration to say that without you the role of Albania during Holocaust would not have been fully recognized and with this kind of quality, by Yad Vashem and other institutions in Israel.
