Prime Minister, Edi Rama, inspected earthquake-damaged buildings this Monday along with a group of Israeli engineers, whom he described as the best in the world.
Among other things, Rama had to make the English-Albanian and Albanian-English translator between the group of Israelis and earthquake-affected residents.
Meanwhile, at the moment when Rama complimented Israeli engineers, the latter reminded him that Albania also has professional engineers.
“These are the best in the world, they are Israelis and they say that there is no problem here. The walls have been broken but the structure is very stable and the walls need to be rehabilitated.
Israeli engineer: You have professional engineers too. These (Israelis) are the best,” said Rama.
