Ambassador Noah Gal Gendler: “Luarasi” University, a model of cooperation with prestigious Israeli companies
The Ambassador of Israel to Albania, Noah Gal Gendler, visited the University “Luarasi” on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Albania and Israel.

The Ambassador of Israel to Albania, Noah Gal Gendler, visited for the first time the University “Luarasi” on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Albania and Israel. One of the most famous diplomats of our diplomatic service, Dashnor Dervishi, who later became the first historical ambassador of Albania to Israel, laid the foundations of a solid friendship between Albanians and Jews.
While serving as Albania’s ambassador to Rome, Dervishi, along with his Israeli counterpart Drory, urged official Tirana and Jerusalem to re-establish relations between the two countries in 1991.
In his speech, Ambassador Dashnor Dervishi, Head of the Board of Directors of Luarasi University, thanked Ambassador Gal Gendler for his visit, saying that the doors of “Luarasi” are open as part of the celebrations of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Albania and Israel.
“I am very proud to have been the first ambassador of Albania in Israel, we are on the eve of the celebrations of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries. In this context, Luarasi University is open for any activity you have organized for this important event. The Faculty of Technology and Innovation has an agreement as you are aware with the izaelite company ELTA Systems LTD, the first course in the field of cybernetics will be opened in October and we very much hope that it will be a real success“, said Ambassador Dashnor Dervishi.
The Israeli chief diplomat, after visiting “Luarasi” expressed interest in opening further opportunities for cooperation in the field of Technology and Information, where he mentioned the course in the field of cybernetics with the Israeli company ELTA Systems LTD which will be opened in October. The Israeli ambassador was optimistic and impressed by the potential offered by “Luarasi”.
“This is my first visit to Luarasi University, also due to my personal acquaintance with President Hysenbelliu. I am aware that Luarasi has a partnership with a prestigious Israeli company ELTA Systems LTD to set up the cyber academy. I hope to cooperate in joint activities in the field of education combined with the field of business to be related to information technology and innovation. So today I had the opportunity to visit the building closely and saw the potential we also exchanged ideas for other collaborations. I am optimistic but above all impressed.“, said Ambassador Noah Gal Gendler.
Luarasi University, in cooperation with the prestigious Israeli company ELTA Systems LTD, will open the “Certified Ethical Hacker” course on October 4.
This course according to the Dean Prof.Assoc.Dr.Indrit Baholli of the Faculty of Information Technology and Innovation will provide participants with in-depth knowledge on how to prevent cyber attacks where at the end of the course will be provided with an international certificate.
